Technical Service Support Agreements

Ideal System Solutions, Inc. Technical Support Center provides our customers with a seamless support structure that provides escalation procedures to fix your IT issues.  We know that resolving any issue means real dollars and cents, that’s why our certified technicians solve up to 70% of all technical issues remotely.

Our Technical Support Center provides Levels 1, 2 and 3 on-demand support for a large variety of hardware and software products.  Using our automated system, we open a trouble ticket, determine the nature of the problem and help the user resolve the problem.

Level 1:

Support provides end-users with technical assistance on business software.  Ideal System Solutions, Inc. supports today’s commonly used desktop and server-based software.

Level 2:

Support provides second-level troubleshooting for in-depth problems and first line support to system and network issues.

Level 3:

Support provides seamless service for critical problems attributable to original equipment or software manufacturers.  Usually involves coordination between customer and OEM’s to resolve design and implementation problems.
