Ideal System Solutions, Inc. (IDEAL) holds an Agreement with the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, A-2300 Government Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55487 for IT Consulting Services.
Services to be provided under this Agreement are arranged through the County Administrative process as follows:
(1) County can propose an engagement to IDEAL and/or other vendors by communicating the terms of the proposed engagement in a “Scope of Services.”
(2) IDEAL may reply or not reply to any Scope of Services. If Ideal elects to respond, they respond with an offer that includes: names, qualifications and/or resumes, and references of the resources to be assigned, billable hourly rates, and other information requested by the County in the Scope of Services.
(3) The County may, thereupon, prepare a “Work Order” for electronic signature by Ideal. No work shall commence until the Work Order has been signed by the County.
