We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Sales/Order Support Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming orders from sales representatives, verifying and filling orders to ensure that the customer’s expectations are exceeded, and updating the status of all active orders. The Order Administrator works directly with the Sales Team and is directly involved in creating long-lasting relationships with our clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Review orders for accuracy and regulations.
- Input orders into order processing/accounting system.
- Coordinate orders with vendors.
- Track orders, identify and document customer’s order and inform customers of order status.
- Assist in the preparation of items for delivery with vendors and Shipping/Receiving
- Returns management.
- Credit card processing.
- Sales tax assessment.
- Coordinate with other company departments to provide customer support.
