Required skills:
Responsible for the performance of company IT Deployment projects or
subsystems of major Deployment projects in ADC. Directs all phases
of Implementation projects from inception through completion.
Coordinates and prepares Scope & Risk Analysis, Implementation
Cases, proposal work statements and specifications, Change Control
oversight and co-ordination. Acts as primary contact for project
activities, leading program review sessions with internal and
external customers to discuss schedule, technical performance, and
customer concern. Establishes deployment concepts, processes,
integration criteria and deployment efforts for the Project.
Establishes milestone and monitors adherence to master plans and
schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such
as allocation of resources or changing specifications. Directs the
work of employees assigned to the project from technical,
engineering and support areas.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that the operational teams
adhere to the processes and maintain the integrity of the program
and the Customer Experience.
- Monthly reporting - Operational
reviews, quarterly reviews, PowerPoint presentations, status
reports, etc.
- CCB Representative Systems
outages - Scheduling system outages, working with business owners,
and getting necessary approvals
- Vendor co-ordination & contact
for the Data Center with regards break fix (Servers, Storage etc.
- Meetings - Representing the group
at Vendor Mgmt, Human Resources, Finance, meetings
- Daily firefighting
Required background:
-Bachelors degree preferred, or
post-high-school education with hands on experience in a related
field 3+ years related experience.
-Experience in Implementation processes, project management, and
product development in the high tech industry.
-Team builder and proactive problem solver
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Solid knowledge and hands on experience with Windows XP, W2K, MS
Office programs 2000 or higher.
